Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital product, nothing is shipped. OptiCore is downloadable software. You get a license key, not a physical item, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
How you receive your purchase
- The app: download it free from our website at any time.
- Your OptiCore Pro license key is delivered automatically, normally within a few minutes of a successful payment: on the confirmation page right after paying on our website, or as a direct message from the OptiCore bot when you buy in Discord (type
/mylicensethere to see it again). - In OptiCore, go to Settings → Change key, paste the key and click Activate to unlock Pro on your PC.
If your key doesn't arrive
Delivery can occasionally take up to 24 hours (for example if a payment is held for review by the bank or payment provider). If you haven't received your key by then, email [email protected] or open a 🔑 License ticket on Discord with your payment reference, and we'll send it manually.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money left your account but the payment failed, your bank or payment provider normally returns it automatically within 5–7 business days. If you were charged twice, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate. See the refund & cancellation policy.
